Ron Stoddart is based in Fullerton and focuses his practice on international adoption. He is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University (B.S.) and Southwestern University (J.D.). He was admitted to the California Bar in 1974. He began his career in the business world with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell, & Co. and then served as Executive Vice President of Omnimedical, Inc. Ron entered private law practice in 1984 and merged his practice with Schmiesing Blied & Mackey in January 2000. He is a member and past president of the Academy of California Adoption Lawyers and a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys.
Ron and his wife Linda have four children, two of whom are adopted. He is Executive Director of Nightlight Christian Adoptions, a private licensed adoption agency, and president and founder of Nightlight Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged children in Eastern Europe.
